Amytis began as an attempt to solve a practical problem we faced in complex research projects: how do you keep context, relationships and data intact as a project evolves?
As AI has rapidly entered life science research, that question has become even more important: how do we keep context, relationships, data and processing steps not only intact, but visible, when AI is used in a workflow?
Most AI tools for science work through one-off chat windows, requiring users to re-explain projects, move between workspaces and files or commit to a single model for all of their work. Critically, the processing steps and changes made by an AI model may not be immediately visible or understood by the user, which could compromise the overall reliability of a project.
We believe AI should augment rigorous research, not replace it.
Introducing Amytis 4.0
We are so excited to introduce Amytis 4.0: a visual AI workflow platform for life science research. It lets researchers create and run workflows based on real scientific questions, while keeping all inputs, prompts, model choices, parameters and steps visible and editable.
We’re also introducing a suite of specialist Amytis agents that help researchers use the platform in a way that works for them. We want to give researchers the flexibility to work seamlessly without writing a single line of code, while also allowing the ability to deep-dive into each processing step before running a workflow.
